Once a wager has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn. The odds and market terms displayed at the time of confirmation apply to the final settlement of that bet. Later price movements do not affect confirmed wagers.

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned beyond the rules-specified time threshold without resumption.

• There is reasonable evidence that the event's outcome has been subject to match fixing, manipulation, or irregular activity affecting the integrity of the result.
• The wager was placed after the event had already concluded.

In-play bets at bet sites are subject to a brief processing delay. During this window, bet sites may reject a wager if the market has moved significantly. A rejected in-play bet will not deduct from your wallet balance.

Bet sites may impose maximum win limits per bet or per event. These limits are not always displayed at the time of placing a wager but apply to all settled bets. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum may be adjusted to the limit before crediting your account.

Bonus funds are applied after real-money funds when placing bets. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as the original bonus amount unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

Bet sites reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If we suspect a bonus is being exploited — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting activity, or systematic low-risk staking to fulfil wagering requirements — we may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at bet sites and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in opening an account to circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places wagers without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or miscalculated odds that you reasonably know are the result of an error rather than a genuine market price.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play strategies intended to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome across multiple bet sites accounts or in combination with other platforms.
• Using funds of illegal origin to deposit at bet sites or attempting to use the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment accounts.

Bet sites may suspend your account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities in response to any suspected breach of these prohibitions.

• The outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or other wagering market.
• Actions taken by regulatory authorities that affect the availability of the platform or specific markets.

Bet sites makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet sites' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

Bet sites takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity, all of which are accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting bet sites support. Any positive real-money wallet balance (excluding unmet bonus amounts) will be returned to your verified payment method following a final account review.
